Thank you for choosing Lizzy Dev. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, setup, and delivery of Organization and Personal Developer Account Packages, including Play Store and iOS developer accounts.
By purchasing or using any Lizzy Dev service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

Lizzy Dev offers verified Organization and Personal developer accounts with optional live app packages. Each account is created and verified according to Google and Apple standards, ensuring authenticity and compliance.

We handle all necessary registration, verification, and setup steps prior to delivery.

2. Organization Account Packages

Available Packages: 1, 4, 8, and 16 (representing the number of developer accounts included)

Services Included:

  • All accounts will be created under verified organization developer accounts.
  • Lizzy Dev will personally handle:
    • KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
    • UK Company Formation Certificates
    • D-U-N-S Registration (for Apple Developer Organization accounts)
  • One live app package will be included under each organization account.

Delivery Timeline:
The primary email address and password for each organization account will be provided within 19 days of purchase completion and verification.

3. Personal Account Packages

Available Packages: 1, 4, 8, and 16 (representing the number of developer accounts included)

Services Included:

  • All accounts will be created under verified personal developer accounts.
  • Each package includes one live app package created under the personal account.
  • Lizzy Dev will manage all 12 testers for a period of 14 days to ensure proper functionality and performance testing.

Delivery Timeline:
The primary email address and password for each personal account will be provided within 35 days of purchase completion and verification.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required upfront before account creation begins.
  • Once the setup process (KYC, registration, or verification) has started, payments are non-refundable, as these involve legal and administrative costs.
  • Refunds are only issued if Lizzy Dev fails to deliver the agreed account(s) within 10 days after the stated delivery period (19 or 35 days).

5. Ownership and Transfer

Upon delivery:

  • You will receive full ownership and control of the developer account(s).
  • All associated credentials (email, password, and linked verification documents) will be transferred securely to you.
  • After transfer, Lizzy Dev will not retain any access to your account(s).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the account’s compliance with Apple and Google’s terms after delivery.

6. Confidentiality and Security

All client data, verification details, and business documents are handled with strict confidentiality. Lizzy Dev does not share or sell client information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lizzy Dev ensures that all accounts are created and verified according to official requirements. However, Lizzy Dev is not responsible for:

  • Any future account suspension or termination by Apple or Google.
  • Policy violations or misuse after account handover.
  • Delays caused by third-party verification processes (e.g., D-U-N-S approval or Apple review).

Our obligation ends upon successful delivery and transfer of the account(s).

8. Notice to Buyers

  • Organization account credentials will be delivered within 19 days.
  • Personal account credentials will be delivered within 35 days.
  • Tester management (for personal accounts) lasts 14 days after setup.
  • All verification and documentation (KYC, UK company formation, D-U-N-S) are handled by Lizzy Dev directly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Appeal.
