At Lizzy Dev, we are committed to delivering high-quality virtual products and services, including Play Store and iOS developer accounts, live app setups, and escrow-based transactions.
Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Nature of Our Service
Lizzy Dev provides virtual and digital services only.
All products (including developer accounts, app setup packages, and verification services) are custom-created, verified, and delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
As such, once an order has been initiated, all processes (including KYC verification, company registration, or account setup) are performed specifically for you and cannot be reversed or reused.
2. No Refund Policy
Because our services involve digital creation, verification, and transfer of virtual assets, all sales are final.
Once an order is confirmed and work has begun, no refunds or cancellations will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays caused by third-party verification (e.g., Apple, Google, D-U-N-S)
- Rejection or policy enforcement by platform providers
- Misuse or policy violation after account handover
Our commitment is to deliver your product as described in the Terms of Swap and Service Agreement.
3. Delivery Assurance
Each service or account purchased from Lizzy Dev will be delivered according to the agreed timeline stated in your package terms:
- Organization Accounts: within 19 days
- Personal Accounts: within 35 days
If Lizzy Dev fails to deliver within 10 days beyond the agreed delivery period, and no progress or communication has been made, the client may request a resolution or partial refund subject to verification.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The service cannot be fulfilled due to reasons solely attributable to Lizzy Dev.
- No work, verification, or registration process has been initiated within 5 business days of payment.
All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification.
5. Returns
Since Lizzy Dev provides digital products, returns are not applicable.
Once a virtual account, app package, or verification document is delivered, the product is considered complete and non-returnable.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of delivery issues or disputes, clients are encouraged to contact Lizzy Dev Support for resolution.
Disputes will be handled according to the Terms of Service and Escrow Agreement applicable to your transaction.
